Reading a blog post about the item led me to learn about South Beach Skin Lab. The phrase "It's never too late or too early to start an anti-aging programme" caught my attention. Even though I frequently have bags under my eyes, I'm not yet old enough to be concerned about smile lines and crow's feet.
